Early Registration through Thursday, February 16
Weigh-Ins and Late Registration Friday, February 17, 1 pm to 6pm & Saturday, February 18, 9 to 9:30 am
Warm ups in weight room – starting at 9 am
Rules meeting at 9:45 am
Competition 10 am to 1pm
Awards presented at 1 pm
Heels must stay on floor for entire lift.
There is NO bouncing or sinking of the bar
Wrist Wraps are allowed while competing
Elbow Wraps are not permitted
Lifting Shirts are not permitted
Baggy Clothing is not permitted
Successful Lifts are calculated with competitors body weight
Competitors have to wait for the press and rack command. Weight must come to complete pause on chest before pressed
Judges will command you to press and rack the weight once they are satisfied with your lift
Each competitor gets 3 attempt
- $20 College Students
- $25 Non Students
Weight Classes (ALL WEIGHT CLASSES MAY BE ADJUSTED BASED ON REGISTRATION NUMBERS)
< 150 lbs.
150 lbs. – 175 lbs.
175 ¼ lbs. – 200 lbs.
200 ¼ lbs. – 225 lbs.
> 225 lbs.
< 125 lbs.
> 125 lbs.
