The primary function of this position is to provide leadership and direction in all daily functions of the operations of the facilities managed by the department which includes the Student Recreation Center, Carter Field(s) and Health Education Center. Work directly with campus Facility Management to maintain clean and safe facilities which includes maintenance and custodial needs of all UT Rec Facilities.

This position is responsible for coordinating and promoting fitness programs and events for the Office of Recreational Services. In addition, the Graduate Assistant of Fitness assists with oversight of the Personal Training staff and actively participates in Rec Council.
