Which program is for you?
College: Learning to Juggle It All! :
You have a research paper due, mid-terms are next week, you still need to decide on
a major.
YIKES! Is it possible to be a student and still have a life? Yes it is. But, you need
to know the secretes to juggling it all. This
session will teach you the ins and outs of time and stress management.
Dying for a Drink:
We'll challenge your group to take a look at college life and the "Battle of the Binge"
(binge drinking). The opening
Party Scene will generate cheers and a sobering discussion. Each student will get
a personal eye-opening opportunity to experience the fatal
consequences of alcohol using the Fatal Vision Goggles™.
Lighten Up! :
Seventy-six percent of college students eat the same foods day after day. Many struggle
with weight gain. Others struggle
with unhealthy eating that increases their risk to illness. Lighten Up assists participants
in making smart food choices on campus...and
achieving healthy weight control.
Red Light, Green Light:
This is a Red Light, Green Light game like you've never played before. The wild, interactive
approach addresses
the myths and facts of sexual assault. Participants will come away with a new twist
on this important topic that will have everyone in your group
talking
Between the Sheets:
College students are faced with potential life-altering choices regarding sexual health.
This interactive session
takes a serious subject like HIV and STD's and puts it in a comfortable, down-to-earth
environment. Participants laugh and learn as they explore
everything they need to know about being between the sheets.
Shopping for a Relationship:
Looking for great relationships? Join us at the Relationship Outlet store. Most people
agree that
relationships are some of the most important "stuff" in life. This session combines
lots of laughs with an educational look at healthy
relationships of all types...family...friends...and romantic.
Walk & Roll:
Want a GREAT workout? And how about if we tell you it's outdoors? Grab a pair of walking/running
shoes OR a pair of
roller. We're going to Walk & Roll, and in the process burn lots of calories, relieve some stress, and have a blast!
Think Outside the Box:
The number of college students using tobacco products has increased dramatically.
We think it's time to think
outside the box and we'll bring Regis Philbin with us to help persuade your group! This session also
includes a special activity on college
peer pressure.
Cover Girl:
Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the thinnest of them all? Magazine covers, advertising
campaigns, and media coverage send
the messages "thin is in". But, is it real? This program covers issues about body
image and eating disorders, with an emphasis on who we are is
not about what we weigh.
