Cardio Xtreme: Take your cardio workout to the next level! This high intensity class uses a variety of cardio drills inspired by famous home workouts such as P90X®, Insanity®, and Turbo Fire®.
Mind and Body
*Pilates: This total body conditioning, mat-based class is a unique system of strengthening and stretching to tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, and unite the mind and body. Exercises focus on alignment and balance.
*PiYo™: This is not Yoga or Pilates! This non-traditional mind/body class blends strength moves using your own body weight and includes modifications for the group exercise environment.
*Spinning® This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.
Aquatics
Waves: This non-impact aquatic class uses buoyancy and inertia for a fun aerobic workout. It’s the coolest way to get fit!
*We strongly recommend reserving your spot for Spinning, PiYo, and Pilates classes, as there are only 20 spots for each class. Cost is $30 which covers one class per week for the semester. Register in the main office.
