Find out your fitness level. Tests available assess cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, blood pressure and percent body fat. Clinics are held during the day monday through Thursday, just stop in the Wellness Center during a scheduled clinic.
Fitness Tests Available (you can participate in any or all of the following tests):
- Cardiovascular endurance (3-minute step test)
- Muscular strength & endurance (60 second curl-up test)
- Flexibility (Sit and reach)
- Body Composition (Skinfold measurements)
- Blood pressure (not a measure of fitness)
General Information:
Clothing: Wear exercise clothes & shoes
Time: Approximately 15 minutes
Location: Wellness Center, located on the lower level by the climbing wall.
Sign-Up: Not required, just stop by during one of the scheduled clinics. Funded in part by the student general fee.
