The Customer Service Associates or CSA's work in the main office of the Office of
Recreation answering questions and working as a point of sale for our pro shop items.

The Facility Operations do a lot of the behind the scenes work in the Student Recreation
Center including setting up rooms, checking the pool and cleaning and repairing equipment.

The Floor Supervisors are Front Line employees at the Control Desk, Equipment Issue,
Weight Room and throughout the Facility. They ensure the safety and the security

Intramural Officials regulate the many sports involved within the Office of Recreation's
Intramural Sports Program. Sports include Flag Football, Basketball & Softball amongst

Lifeguards ensure the safety of the three pools inside the Student Recreation Center

The Wellness Center inside the Student Recreation Center is the home for our Personal
Traininers, Group Exercise or Rocket-Ex Instructors and our Walk-in fitness Clinic
