What to Wear

What works: The overall look!
What doesn't: Hair needs to be trimmed, possibly change the shoes

What else did our employers and faculty suggest?

This young man looks great!  He is wearing the classic dark navy suit with a crisp white dress shirt, a conservative tie and dark dress shoes that complete his look.  I would probably suggest only buttoning the second button on his suit jacket or maybe just wearing it open so it does not bunch up since he's sitting.  I would also recommend no facial hair.  Also I would have his hair professionally styled probably in a way that was off of the forehead.  With a few minor adjustments, he will look extremely professional. (Financial Services) Attire is great - my only tip would be for a hair trim. Other than that very professional looking. (A&S Faculty/Communication) This looks good.  Very conservative and traditional.  A good professional look. (Government Agency) The only suggestion I would make would  be to change he shoes.  His shoes are a little casual. (Engineering Faculty) Very well suited for an interview. (Technology Firm) Pants are too baggy. (Pharmacy Faculty)
