Procedures: Students should contact Karen to make arrangements for their exam, and follow the procedures of your school for having your exam information sent to us. Paper based exams can be emailed, faxed or mailed to your instructor. If tests are to be mailed, students are responsible for providing the postage paid envelope if not provided by your school.
Once arrangements have been made, students will need to make an appointment at the test center to take their exam. Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday starting at 9:30am. The test center closes at 5:00pm. It is the student's responsibility to verify that all test information has been received in the test center prior to arriving for your exam.
Proctoring staff will follow all instructions sent with your exam and will not deviate from them without written notice (by email) from your school or instructor. An ID with a photo and signature is required and students will sign our roster agreeing to basic rules of Academic Integrity. Students will lock all personal items (cell phones, purses, keys, etc) not specifically stated as allowed in your test instructions in a locker and will not be allowed access until your exam is complete.
Fees:
$25.00 per test up to a 3 hour time limit; $10.00 for each additional hour of the
appointment time.
The fee must be paid at the time you take your test and must be a check, money order
or cashier's check made payable to The University of Toledo.
