The Southern Perimeter Science & Technology Corridor is located in South Toledo between Detroit Avenue and the UT Health Science Campus, with land on both the north and south side of Arlington Avenue. The Corridor comprises more than 233 acres of land, ponds, groves of mature trees, a winding stream and open spaces to provide a pleasant and productive environment.

The Corridor is designed to create an environment where innovation, productivity, and efficiency are optimized. Contracts enabling collaborations and cooperative projects with UT faculty and Corridor tenants are encouraged and offer prospective tenants tremendous opportunities to access the resources and services of a sophisticated graduate health science institution.

The northern portion of the Corridor overlooks Swan Creek and provides a gently rolling country setting for those who desire to be close to nature while enjoying the convenience of nearby support services offered in an urban location.

Tenants in the Corridor can enjoy the facilities provided by The Hotel at The University of Toledo and the Eleanor N. Dana Conference Center on the Health Science Campus. Equipped with teleconferencing capabilities, flexible meeting space to accommodate from 10 to 400 participants and full service catering. These facilities offer the growing business the support they need at a cost they can afford.
