Purpose: For those applicants who are seeking full admission into degree programs, i.e., Certificate, Masters, Education Specialist, DE, Ph.D. (excludes PharmD applicants).

Graduate Non Degree Application
Purpose: For those applicants who are seeking graduate non-degree admission for the purpose of enrolling for one semester without a full admission. Graduate non-degree allows applicants to take graduate level courses not to exceed 9 credit hours. Applicants who apply for graduate non-degree are not eligible for federal financial aid.
Admissions Criteria: Domestic applicants with a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or University.
Purpose: For those students who are enrolled at another graduate institution and seeking to take classes at the University of Toledo that are required by their home institution and will be transferred to their home school.
Admissions Criteria: Students currently enrolled in a graduate program at another institution. Approval from home institution is required. Application form should be submitted to home institution prior to submitting to host institution.
Graduate Concurrent Enrollment Application (BGSU/UT)
Purpose: For those students who are enrolled at The University of Toledo or Bowling Green State University and seeking dual enrollment at both institutions.
Admissions Criteria: Approval from home institution and host institution is required. Forms are to be submitted to home institution for processing.
