Q: I sent an encrypted email and the recipient is having problems opening it. What information can I provide so that they can read the email? |

A: http://www.utoledo.edu/it/ns/Security/Tools/email_encryption.html contains information that can be provided to the recipient. First time recipients of encrypted email will need to register with Cisco’s Registered Envelope Service as instructed by the email they receive. Following registration they will be able to view the encrypted email by entering their Cisco registered Envelope Service password. The email will be displayed in their web browser.
