Q.  Palm Pre - Email Setup - Exchange Server

A.

1.     Click on email envelope icon near bottom.

2.     Click on “Email” near top left.

3.     Click on “Preferences and Accounts”

4.     Click on “Add an Account”, scroll to bottom to view.

5.     Type in users email address, “ @utoledo.edu”.

6.     Type in password.

7.     Setup should fail.

8.     Click “OK”

9.     Click “Manual Setup”

10.   Mail Type – Select “Exchange (EAS)”

11.    Incoming Mail Server – “https://email.utoledo.edu” 12 Domain – “UTAD”

12.   Username – enter in user’s UTAD username

14.  Click “Sign In”
