Cosmetic Science / Pharmaceutics

Main research projects

  • Topical delivery: designing, optimizing and testing of cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical topical formulations, including creams, lotions, gels and ointments, using in silico modeling
  • Sensory testing of cosmetic products
  • Studying emulsion stabilization mechanisms and emulsification techniques
  • Oral delivery: formulating and evaluating tablets with immediate release (such as ODTs), and/or sustained release
