Cell Analysis System "CAS" 200 Workstation

The CAS 200 Image Analysis System couples conventional light microscopy with digital image processing for accurate, quantitative measurements. Accurate densitometry is assured by paying special attention to the details of microscope alignment. Linearity throughout the measurement ranges is carefully checked.

Quantitative Ploidy Analysis provides the most comprehensive DNA measurement by image analysis. This is advantageous over other techniques for many reasons including the ability to use small specimens, routine processing, and preservation of tissue architecture and cell morphology.
