Doctoral Program in Higher Education
The Higher Education Doctoral Program prepares students to become leaders who will shape the future of American public and private higher education. The program is designed to prepare students for successful professional careers in diverse higher education settings, including colleges and universities, government agencies, professional associations, and private post-secondary institutions. The doctoral program focuses on Administration and Policy Analysis. At present there are three doctoral cohorts: the 2012 Ohio Community College Leadership Cohort, the 2014 Four-Year College and University Leadership Cohort, and the 2015 Michigan Community College Leadership Cohort. Future cohort development is contingent upon available faculty resources.
