This program is appropriate for students in chemistry who are interested in developing as educators as well as educators interested in advancing their development in chemistry.

College Credit Plus. This online graduate science and education program is designed for currently licensed teachers in AYA chemistry or integrated science. The program is 36 graduate hours including 2 face-to-face laboratories (4 credits). Program completers earn a Master of Science and Education and become qualified to teach CCP courses in chemistry including Ohio TAG college courses (TAG: CHEM 1230, 1280, 1240, 1290, 2410*, 2420*, 2460*, 2470*) and OTM college courses in chemistry (OTM: CHEM 1100, 1120, 1150) in high school for the University of Toledo. *Passing the ACS exam is required to teach organic chemistry.

Do you already have a master's degree? Then you may be eligible to earn an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
