Q: I received an email saying that an email I sent was encrypted because it contained sensitive information, but I didn’t have anything sensitive in it. What should I do? |
|
A: The data loss prevention system could have detected sensitive information anywhere in the email message including file attachments. Through testing we have found that false positives are rare but they are possible. More information concerning encrypted email can be found at http://www.utoledo.edu/it/ns/Security/Tools/email_encryption.html
