A. In order for the IT Helpdesk to assist you effectively, leave adequate information in your voice message. If we do not know who you are or how to contact you, we cannot help you. (Helpdesk numbers are 419-383-2400 and 419-530-2400)

  • Speak clearly and loud enough so that we will be able to understand you.
  • Introduce yourself, spell your last name and tell us whether you are a student, faculty or staff member, or other.
  • Please give a concise, but as accurate as possible, description of your problem.
  • At the end of your message, leave your phone number and the best time to reach you, if any.
