Following 2014’s “Spring” Semester of extremely wintry weather, Sarah is happy to usually teach only Fall Semester classes. The semesters she is teaching, her office hours will be posted at FH 3080-C and in syllabi, and she will read email Mon. through Fri. Office hours for Fall 2017 will be T/TH 9:30-11:30 and 2:30-4:30.
Sarah obtained her BA (majoring in Independent Studies) from the University of Cincinnati. She grew up in the Cincinnati area, but moved to Boston to receive her Masters in Education from Boston College. After she settled in NW Ohio with her family, she received her Masters in English from the University of Toledo. Since then, she has taught Composition at UT and Owens, tutored at Writing Centers, and edited a few books.
When not teaching, she likes to garden, bike, and work with neighborhood improvement organizations and her parish. As an Ursuline Associate, she works with anti-human trafficking efforts.
