Facilitator Orientation Presentations
Fundamentals of Teaching for Medical Students – 4th Year Elective
This 4-week elective is available to medical students during their 4th year. The course provides upper level students with an introduction to teaching in various settings, (1) giving formal presentations, (2) facilitating small group discussions, (3) teaching and giving feedback in clinical settings, and (4) educating patients. The elective will be offered during the month of February 2010 through the Department of Family Medicine. Enrollment is limited. For additional information, please contact the Office of Faculty Development or the Clerkship Coordinator in the Department of Family Medicine.
