Dr. Marco currently serves as Professor at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, and Director of Medical Ethics Curriculum.
She has served as the President of Ohio American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and has served on the Ohio ACEP Board of Directors since 2001. She has also served on the national ACEP Ethics Committee since 1997, and chaired the Ethics Committee 2001-2004. She serves on the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM) Board of Directors, and has served on the SAEM Ethics and Constitution and Bylaws Committees.
Dr. Marco has been active in the research and writing arenas. She has published numerous research manuscripts and book chapters on medical ethics, resuscitation, airway, and pain management.
