Center for Experiential Learning and Career Services
Works to connect students to meaningful learning experiences and assist students with major and career exploration.


Center for International Studies and Programs
Supports internationalization by creating links among students, scholars, faculty, staff, and the community that foster cross-cultural understanding and appreciation. The Center encourages global citizenship through innovative education, student and scholar exchanges, and cultural programs. 


Center for Success Coaching
Empowers UT students to thrive academically, personally, and professionally from orientation to graduation through a holistic, student-centered approach.


Chemistry Help Center
Free tutoring by chemistry department graduate teaching assistants.       


Commuter Student Services
Helps UT commuter students become active in campus life leading to a truly enriching and rewarding college experience.  Provides information about off campus living, dining, housing fairs, a commuter lounge, etc.


Counseling Center
Free and confidential for all students. Primary facility for personal counseling, psychotherapy, psychological outreach, and consultation services.   


Division of Student Affairs
Strives to enhance the student experience by addressing the varied and changing needs of students and by serving as the hub for student-centered collaborations, programs, and services.


Informational Technology
Central office for IT assistance, computer labs, computer and software discounts, etc.


Learning Enhancement Center
Free tutoring, supplemental instruction, academic workshops, and study resources and strategies.


Libraries
 (Main Campuses)
Books, journals, computers/laptops, photocopying/scanning, microfilm readers, interlibrary loans, rooms to reserve, collections, workshops, etc.


Medical Center
(Student)
Offers health care to UT students, faculty, and staff.


Military Service Center
Provides a range of customized support services including but not limited to: educational benefit processing, mentoring, advocacy and networking while partnering with veteran service organizations who assist with the transition from military service to the classroom and beyond.


(Office of) Multicultural Student Success
Fosters an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic success, retention and graduation.  Critically engages students in order to create a campus culture in which all persons, organizations, and groups can learn and develop to achieve their greatest potential.


Night Watch
(Escort Service)
Two-person teams, equipped with two-way radios allowing them to be in constant contact with the Police dispatcher, will provide assistance to people requesting an escort from the Main Campus and Scott Park Campus and adjacent apartment complexes to campus. 


Physics Help Center
Free tutoring available for physics courses.  


Recreational Services
Provides recreational and wellness programs and services.


Residence Life
Promotes student growth and opportunities through safe, supportive, inclusive, and academically-focused environments in premier housing communities.


Rocket Solution Central
Offers services from the offices of Registrar, (help obtaining transcripts, registering for classes and graduation, add/drop or withdrawing from courses), Financial Aid (assistance with scholarships, grants, loans, or work-study employment),and Office of the Treasurer (student accounts, cashiers services, and collections). 


Sexual Assault Education & Prevention Program
Provides educational programming addressing the role that everyone can take in creating a violence-free UT.  SAEPP is dedicated to ensuring that students, faculty, and staff are provided proper resources to engage in services including crisis intervention, medical services, mental health counseling, legal services, and academic accommodations.   


Student Disability Services
Works directly in partnership with students, instructors, administrators, and staff to coordinate and provide accommodations for students with disabilities.


Student Legal Services
Provides licensed attorneys to UT students to advise and/or represent them in their personal legal matters.


Testing Services
Collaborates with other offices to provide placement tests, make-up tests, professional licensures, certifications, skills assessments, educational advancement, and test proctoring for distance learning.


Transit Services
Offers shuttle bus service for University students, faculty and staff, to maximize accessibility to, within, and between campuses.


University Police
Provides 24-hour patrols to the grounds, parking lots, residence halls, academic buildings.


Writing Center
Supports writers across the disciplines, including all students, staff, faculty, and alumni. During a session, peer tutors, teaching assistants, and professional tutors engage in conversation with writers, focusing on ideas, organization, development, argument, synthesis, and writers’ concerns.
