It is the policy of the College of Pharmacy to grant scholarships or grants-in-aid on the basis that such grants, in addition to other scholarships and grants received, are not to exceed the total educational costs
for any one year. In the event a student has applied for and received one or more grants from sources other than the College of Pharmacy, the grants
given by the College of Pharmacy, or the portion thereof in excess of educational costs, will be rescinded and revert back to the College of Pharmacy Scholarship Fund.
Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis
The scholarships, awards or grants-in-aid provided as a result of completing this application are not intended for students in dire financial need - those students should contact the Financial
Aid Office (Rocket Hall), where substantially greater funds may be available. To be considered for certain scholarships you must have a Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file by April 1st in the Office of Financial Aid. This application can be accessed at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
All College of Pharmacy scholarships require one application that must be filled out online. In completing this application, all blanks must be filled in correctly if the information exists.
If a blank cannot be filled in because the information does not exist, use the answer "N/A" for "not applicable".
The deadline for receipt is 5:00 PM on March 31, 2009.
Awarding of scholarships is contingent on your continuing in the College of Pharmacy.
