Replacement Cards

Students: To order a new card, log into your MyUT, under the section titled "My Other Resources", click on the link that reads "Request New/Replacement Rocket Card"

Employees:  To order a new card, log into your MyUT, under the section titled "Other Services", click on the link that reads "Request New/Replacement Rocket Card"

Damaged, Lost and/or Stolen Cards:

1st --  Go online and Freeze your card
2nd -- Order a new Rocket Card/ID in the event you cannot find your card

By freezing your card you will prevent anyone from using your money and/or access.   Replacement cards are subject to a $35 replacement fee, which will be applied to your student account.
