Welcome to UT's Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention Program resource and information page. It is the Program's hope that this site is your one-stop resource for comprehensive research-based information on issues related alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse among college students.


The Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention Program's mission is to reduce substance abuse among University of Toledo students through the creation of an environment which fosters student health promotion and academic success by coordinating multidisciplinary prevention and treatment efforts.


The Office of Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention is available to conduct presentations for UT classes, meetings and organizations.  Presentation/Training requests should be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of your desired program date. You will be contacted within 3 business days regarding your request. Please email Dr. Will Pecsok, the Counseling Center's Associate Director and a clinical counselor at with "presentation request" in the subject line.
