Trip to Holocaust Memorial Center

Holocaust Memorial Center Farmington Hills, MI

Come and learn about the Holocaust by participating in a docent led tour of the Museum. Transportation is available for UT students, but is limited. Please call OMSS at 419-530-2261 to reserve a spot. The van will leave promptly at 12:00PM and we will plan to return at 4:30PM. You can find out more about the Center here:

BKind Keynote Address

Shabbat 101

A Shabbat dedicated to explaining major tradition and customs that we do every week at Hillel that students may not know about or why we do them.  Kiddish, the washing of hands, hamotzi, and the Birkat Hamazon (blessing after the meal) will be given an overview explanation. Students are invited to share about their own experiences!

Project Linus

The mission of Project Linus is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers”.  Please join Hillel for a night of giving back to the community!
