UTRec Kids Camp

To successfully register for Summer Day Camp you will be required to complete three registration steps.

Step one: Fill out the information page about your child(ren), which will reserve the week(s) you would like to attend camp and reserve your child(ren)’s swim lesson position (if applicable).

Step two: Make a payment for the first week that your child(ren) will attend camp.  You do not have to pay for every week upfront to hold your position (although you can if you choose to do so). Reservations will be made through the information page, but you MUST pay for the first week for each child immediately after completing the information page. Then, after the initial payment, you don’t have to pay until the Wednesday before the next week of attendance for your child

Step three: Print and fill out our new disciplinary policy. This does not have to be turned into us immediately. It can be turned in when your child(ren) attend their first day of camp.

If you have your weeks reserved and want to do weekly payments, just go to the payment page and select the desired week and make a payment. Make sure that you make the payment on the Wednesday prior to the week your child will be attending.

The Office of Recreation offers a summer day camp for any child ages 5-12 (must turn 5 by June 31st).  The combination of  recreation, education and other fun activities makes for a great summer experience on the University of Toledo campus for every child to enjoy.

Camp programming is offered from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day with free extended care from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Activities include daily swimming, games, sports, arts and crafts, reading time, weekly field trips, afternoon snack, and of course, FUN!  The cost is $150 for first child, $135 for second, and $120 for third child per week.

 Swim Lessons

We offer swim lessons for children who don't know how to swim or for those who want to improve their swimming skills. Swim lessons cost $50 per session and you can click on this link to sign up your child(ren).
