UT Testing Services


The mission of The University of Toledo Testing Services is to provide high-quality, comprehensive testing and assessment services to students, faculty, and the surrounding community. These services include administration of placement and make-up testing, credit by exam, distance learning examinations from other universities, and professional certification and licensing examinations.

Like the University's mission, our focus is to provide meaningful services to our customers while promoting the academic, career, and personal goals of the individuals we serve. 

We proudly subscribe and adhere to the Professional Standards and Guidelines of the National College Testing Association (NCTA).

Main Campus Test Center

The Main Campus Test Center collaborates with UT faculty, the Student Disability Services, Office of New Student Orientation, Distance Learning, Toledo Early College High School and others in providing placement and make-up testing.
