The workforce is changing dramatically. These changes are having a profound effect on human resource management in today’s organization. This certificate provides participants with the necessary skills to understand and manage diversity in the workplace as it relates to cultural knowledge, sensitivity and communications; hiring, training and promotion tactics; and Equal Employment Opportunity.
Participants learn how to create a bias-free workplace, develop diversity training for all types of organizations, as well as learn to set up mentorship programs and diversity councils. These courses are conveniently offered via the Internet.
