If you have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, UToledo’s new Nurse Executive D.N.P. track provides you with the essential skills to take on a nursing leadership position.
Nurse Executives serve a crucial role. They help carry out the mission of their healthcare organization and serve as a role model and coordinator of healthcare team members. Nurse Executives go on to work in healthcare systems in positions like Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Nurse Executive, Director of Nursing and more.
Graduates of the Nursing Executive D.N.P. program are eligible to take the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Nurse Executive certification exam.
