At the UToledo Center for Performing Arts Box Office, you can purchase tickets to Music Department and Theatre and Film Department events, such as concerts, plays. We do not sell tickets to Savage Hall events or athletic events.

The UToledo Center for Performing Arts is located at 1910 w Rocket Drive, at the corner of Towerview Blvd & W Rocket Drive on the main campus of The University of Toledo. Use the west entrance to campus, off Secor Road.

WHERE DO I PARK? DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?

NOTE: PARKING RULES HAVE CHANGED SIGNIFICANTLY AS OF 01/14/2022!! Please read on!

Where to park depends on the venue. Our most common venues are listed below. For venues not listed, check with that venue or review the parking information provided in the event information. 

INFORMATION 

  • For guests being dropped off, the Center for Performing Arts building is located at 1910 West Rocket Drive on the main campus 
  • For more information on parking at UToledo and other transportation options, visit ParkUToledo or the UToledo Parking and Transportation Services website

PARKING FOR EVENTS IN THE CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS - Parking is in Area 12 and is NOT free. Handicapped parking is also available in this lot only for those vehicles displaying the proper permit.

PARKING FOR EVENTS IN THE CENTER FOR THE VISUAL ARTS - Parking is in Lot #3 and is NOT free. Lot #3 is to the east of the CVA. Handicapped parking is also available in this lot only for those vehicles displaying the proper permit.

PARKING FOR EVENTS IN DOERMANN THEATRE - The closest parking is in Area 13 and the parking lots east of University Hall, just off University Hills Blvd. There are also parking/drop-off areas in front of University Hall on Bancroft. Parking in these areas is NOT free.  Handicapped parking is also available in this lot only for those vehicles displaying the proper permit.

2022 PARKING POLICY 

GUEST PARKING 

Starting January 2022, all visitors to the UToledo campus, traveling by car/personal vehicle, are required to pay for parking. 

  • Spaces are based on an hourly rate 
  • Guests may park in any “A” or "C" lots, in the white lined spaces designated 
  • Handicap spaces, marked with blue lines and signage, are available in all lots 
  • Guest permits are only available through the department office being visited 
  • Guests visiting for extended periods can purchase parking permits through ParkUToledo 

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

  • After parking, enter the zone number and the length of time needed 
  • Payments can be made using the ParkMobile app 
  • Payments can also be made at the kiosk with coins or a credit card

ACCESSIBILITY

The Center for Performing Arts, including performance spaces, classrooms and restrooms are handicapped accessible to wheelchairs, walkers and similar aids. Handicapped parking is available in Area 12, just across from the building. There is also a handicapped accessible drop-off area directly in front of the building. If other forms of accessibility are required, please contact the secretary for Departments of Music and Theatre and Film. Contact information is provided below.
