FAQ about remote services

See our Remote Service FAQ page for the answers to frequently asked questions about remote services or curbside.

Requests for digital materials are still being considered. Please note, libraries across the world are affected by closures, we may not be able to fill your request due to financial restraints or availability.

Due to copyright constraints, if you only need a chapter of a particular book, we strongly encourage you to submit it as an article request and indicate it is a book chapter in the "notes" field of the request. This may allow you to receive this item digitally.
