Justin Ballard is the Director of UToledo Online where he oversees direction of the technology infrastructure, educational technology, help desk, instructional design and testing center teams. Justin also manages the budget and technology resources related to the online learning technical infrastructure. He has worked for UToledo Online since 2004, beginning in server administration and programming, before transitioning into a management role. He was born in northwest Ohio and has three children. He enjoys running, watching Rocket football, and cheering on his kids at their school sporting events.
