Rachel Barnes is an Instructional Designer and the Coordinator for Quality Assurance
for UToledo Online. In this role, she provides faculty with consultation services
to aid in the design and development of online and blended courses, teaches faculty
development courses and workshops on the topics of online teaching and course design,
and manages the official Quality Matters course reviews for UToledo. Rachel has been
working for UToledo Online since 2014.
