A Summer Enrichment Camp

Are you interested in how businesses function? Do you want to learn how businesses actually get started?
Join us for the Regional Invitational Startup Experience (RISE) summer camp!
Hosted by The University of Toledo’s John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation, RISE gives you a taste of what studying business in college is like, without the lectures. RISE is a three-day summer enrichment program designed for college-bound high school students with an interest in business and entrepreneurship.
What you’ll do:
- Take a product from idea to market
- Work in teams to solve real-world challenges
- Learn how companies handle marketing, sales, leadership, supply chains, accounting and finance
- Build confidence, creativity and problem-solving skills
- Experience college-level learning in a fun, supportive environment
This Camp is designed for students who:
- Seek a college degree
- Have an interest in business or entrepreneurship
- Want to engage in collaborative hands-on learning and creative problem solving
