Listed below are the requirements for registration maintenance for the TDDD as stated by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and the DEA. |
| Each registrant is responsible for maintaining his/her registrations. License and registration renewal is two year for TDDD, but will vary based on the type for the DEA. | |
