Asian American and Pacific Islander Mental Health Resources

Stigmas associated with mental health in the Asian American community have created and perpetuated barriers to care for decades. Along with mental health stigma, being subject to racism can not only cause bodily injury and harm toward AAPI communities but can also impact mental health and overall wellbeing. Let’s create a new narrative and value the mental health, help-seeking, and utilization of resources to support treatment, healing, and well-being. We invite you to see the resources below and find your safe, supportive, and affirming options for care.
