Virtual Fitness Class Schedule




Please note: exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program many result in injury.  Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it advises against it, or if you have a medical or physical condition that may increase your risk of injury or death. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Those following the workout routines do so at their own risk. 

 

Monday

  • Mindful Monday (Now Monthly)
    Each Monday throughout the semester, a short video from Professor Jay will be released. Each video will provide a quick mindfulness strategy to help students and employees work through various challenging times throughout the semester in a mindful manner. Be sure to subscribe and share the videos with your friends, colleagues and family!
  • UToledo Workout of the Day — 8 a.m.
    Join us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for equipment-free total body workout you can do from your home or outside.
  • Barre — 8 a.m.
    A live ballet-inspired workout class that incorporates Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training hosted by Iowa State University.
  • Rec Center (Sports Center) - Join two of your favorite UToledo Rec Coordinators for a breakdown of the coming weeks programs and highlights from the previous weeks programs. Visit UtoledoREC Facebook, Instagram and Twiiter to view.
  • Zoom Zumba Gold — 11 a.m.
    This seated Zumba class is perfect for beginners who enjoy a high energy class with great music. To join the class, use the Zoom meeting ID 419-437-1167.
  • Pilates — 3 p.m.
    A live Pilates class hosted by a Iowa State University fitness instructor.

Tuesday

  • UToledo Workout of the Day — MX4 — 8 a.m.
    Were you attending our new and exciting MX4 workouts?! Don’t fret, each Tuesday and Thursday, we will post an MX4 style workout on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram you can use to keep up your routine at home. No equipment needed, just some personal motivation and good music!
  • Yoga — 8 a.m.
    Find your morning zen in a live yoga class with Iowa State University.
  • Taco Tuesday Old School Hustle Party — 7 p.m.

Wednesday

  • The Great UToledo T-Shirt Hunt - 4 p.m.
    Clues will be given on Wednesday and Friday about where an Intramural Championship T-Shirt is hidden around the Toledo area.
  • Cardio Drumming — 6:30 a.m.

  • UToledo Workout of the Day — 8 a.m.

  • Kickboxing — 8 a.m.

  • Yoga — 10 a.m.

  • Total Body Conditioning — 12 p.m.
    Join UToledo's fitness instructor Andrea for a live total body workout on Instagram or Facebook.
  • Zoom Zumba Gold — 6 p.m.

    Remember the good ole days when you stayed outside until the streetlights came on? Each Thursday, we’ll take you back to some outdoor activities to get you outside and physically active.
