2021 Spring Fitness Class Schedule




All rocket ex classes are now face to face unless noted otherwise.

Please note: exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program many result in injury.  Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it advises against it, or if you have a medical or physical condition that may increase your risk of injury or death. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Those following the workout routines do so at their own risk. 

ALL CLASSES REQUIRE REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE 

  1. Register for classes at WWW.UTRECCENTER.COM or through the FUSION GO APP. 

  1. If your class is virtual, the link for your virtual class will be located on the receipt that will be emailed to you. 

  1. Use the link located on your virtual receipt to log in and enjoy your class! 

 

Monday

Yoga with Jacob (VIRTUAL ONLY) - 5:15 p.m.

  • Challenge and connect your mind and body with yoga aanas, vinyasas, conscious breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques. Yoga is an individual practice where all judgment, competition, and expectations are let go. The focus is internal, connecting breath, body and mind.

Cycle with Olivia -5:15 p.m.

  • Cycling is a fun, high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and go through various speeds and intensities to increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your body and mind. 

Zumba with Dil -7:00 p.m.

  • Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. 

 

Tuesday

Cycle with Olivia -6:15 a.m.

  • Cycling is a fun, high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and go through various speeds and intensities to increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your body and mind. 

Cycle with Holly -5:15 p.m.

  • Cycling is a fun, high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and go through various speeds and intensities to increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your body and mind. 

Pilates with Kayla -5:30 p.m.

  • A combination of muscular strength combinations and endurance exercises that increases flexibility, body alignment, and balance. Prepare to engage your core and improve your stamina with exercises that are appropriate for all levels. 

Cycle with Holly -6:30 p.m.

  • Cycling is a fun, high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and go through various speeds and intensities to increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your body and mind. 

Cardio Line Dancing with Waverly  - 7:00p.m.

  • Line dancing burns calories, firms and tightens the body, increases cardiovascular health, and a host of other health benefits. You'll get a high-intensity aerobic workout. Open to all dance levels.

 

Wednesday

  • Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. 

 

Thursday

Cycle with Holly -6:15 a.m.

  • Cycling is a fun, high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and go through various speeds and intensities to increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your body and mind. 

Cardio Drumming with Waverley -12:15 p.m.

  • Takes a simple movement - drumming - and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you sweating, and feeling great. Cardio drumming brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise ball stand to create one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do.
