Camps and Conferences

A great option for camps and conferences of all ages and sizes, our residence halls can house up to 3,000 people.  Ottawa East/West, Academic House, International House, and Presidents Hall are home to our summer camps and conference program.  Linen service is an option for any of the rooms.  For more information, please review the Camp and Conference Guide.

Summer 2020 Rates (per person/per night):

     With Linen    Without Linen
Double Room:    $25.00 (per person/per night)    $20.00 (per person/per night)
Single Room:    $32.00 (per person/per night)    $27.00 (per person/per night)

Note: Linen includes sheets, blanket, pillow case, washcloth, towel

Meeting Rooms
A variety of meeting rooms are available in all buildings and can be reserved through the registration process. There is a larger multipurpose room available in the International House, which can be reserved free of charge for our camp/conference participants (depending on availability).  Additionally, there are several spaces available for rental throughout campus. If you are interested in reserving space in the Student Union or the Student Recreation Center, please contact the following offices:

Conference guests who want to park their car on campus will be provided with a specific lot.  No parking pass is needed as long as attendees park in designated lots.  Parking is complimentary as a summer guest at The University of Toledo.
