Camps and Conferences
A great option for camps and conferences of all ages and sizes, our University of Toledo residence halls can house up to 3,000 people. Ottawa East/West, Academic House, and Presidents Hall are home to our summer camps and conference program. Linen service is an option for any of the rooms. A variety of meeting rooms are available in all buildings and can be reserved through the registration process. There is a larger multipurpose room is available in the International House, which can be reserved free of charge for our camp/conference participants (depending on availability). Additionally, there are several spaces available for rental throughout campus. If you are interested in reserving space in the Student Union or the Student Recreation Center, please contact the following offices:

Conference guests who want to park their car on campus need a parking permit from the Parking Services Office. All guests, especially those on campus Monday-Friday, should have a permit to avoid receiving a ticket. If you wish to park on campus during your conference, please visit the Parking Services website.
There are several dining venues operating on campus with varied hours during summer. If you are interested in food service while on campus, please visit the Meal Plan Office website.
