Cultural competency dialogues and workshops allow UToledo employees and other vested individuals an opportunity to increase their awareness and understanding of cross-cultural connections.

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion facilitates faculty and staff workshops to increase our collective competency.

CULTURAL COMPETENCY development workshops

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strives to create spaces for you and your team to learn from and grow with one other. Submit a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training Consultation Request. We will call you to discuss your needs.

All sessions must meet these requirements:

Session must last at least one hour.
Group must have at least 15 people in attendance.
