Directs all technical and administrative aspects of the maintenance functions:  including managing all trades personnel who provide plant maintenance services and distribution systems, and construction and renovation services to the main campus of the University.  Responsible for supervising and directing work activities of the following management and personnel: Structural Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance and Grounds.  Construction project management as assigned by the  Senior AVP for Administration.
