Welcome to the Telephone Services web site. We are a department in Network Services. We provide telephone, voice mail and pager services. Information regarding our services can be found via the right-hand Services menu.
All desktop telephone issues and voice mail requests must be submitted via the IT
HelpDesk. Click the link below to be redirected to the Help Desk to submit a ticket,
or dial 2400 to speak with a Help Desk Representative.
When submitting a ticket be sure to include the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your telephone number
- Your building and room number
- The telephone you are reporting if this is a service issue
- Your email address
- Describe in detail what you need from us

Please note the following service level agreements that are in place for requests of this type:
Service interruption or outage – response and resolution within 24 hours of IT being notified.
Telephone Add, Move, or Change – between 5 and 10 business days depending on the complexity and scope of the request.
Pagers (new or swap) – 24 hours (M-F)
Single Customer Voicemail Establishment – 24 Hours (M-F)
