Health Education Building

The Health Education Center originally served as the Student Recreation Center. When the modern Rec Center was completed in 1990, this building became the Health Education Center and now serves students studying a variety of health-related fields. It’s still frequently used by sports teams, the UToledo dance program, a few intramural programs and for general recreation.

The facility contains six handball/racquetball courts, four basketball courts, eight volleyball courts, a 200-meter track, a swimming pool and a variety of exercise spaces, including weight rooms and dance studios. The Army ROTC program also has its office in this building.
