SUBMIT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION

1. SUBMIT TEST SCORES AND TRANSCRIPTS.

  • The graduate program website notes if a program requires official transcripts at the time of application. Otherwise, copies of transcripts may be used for the application review process. (If accepted, you will have to provide official transcripts within the first semester.) The College of Graduate Studies does not accept emailed, faxed or scanned transcripts. Transcripts must be mailed. We prefer e-transcripts if your school offers the option. Current and previous UT students do not need to submit their UT transcripts.
  • See instructions for test score delivery and institution code.

2. CHECK THAT LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.

If a recommender did not receive a link to complete your recommendation letter, we were likely provided an incorrect email address. Our office cannot resend the link. You can send your recommender a link to our online recommendation form or printable PDF form or they may submit a recommendation letter to graduateonlineapplication@utoledo.edu.

3. COMPLETE ANY ADDITIONAL STEPS REQUIRED BY THE GRADUATE PROGRAM.

Refer to the graduate program website and follow any additional instructions. Some schools have a supplemental application, such as the CAS (nursing, athletic training, physical therapy, physician assistant, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology).

4. WATCH FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND NOTIFICATIONS.

The College of Graduate Studies sends a message after receiving your application. We create an application file within one business day of application submission and payment. We email you throughout the process, including when additional materials are needed and when an admission decision has been made.

5. REVIEW APPLICATION STATUS ONLINE.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to review, process and update your online status.
