2024 Student Trustee Application and Selection Process
Applications are being accepted for one of two student trustee positions and must be submitted to the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) located in the Thompson Student Union Room 1532, by noon on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Student trustees will serve a two-year term, attend all board meetings, including corresponding committee meetings to which they are appointed, and report information to the Student Government at regular meetings.
The requirements to apply to serve as a student trustee are:
- Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above at the time of application
- Must be able to fulfill the entire two-year term commitment with University of Toledo student status
- Must be an enrolled full-time student at the time of nomination or appointment
- Must have been enrolled for three semesters on a full-time basis at The University of Toledo prior to nomination and appointment
- May not be under conduct probation or other disciplinary action
- Be a registered Ohio voter.
