Kelly TomlinsonKelly Tomlinson serves as director of the Office of Professional Development at The University of Toledo College of Law, where she works with law students and graduates on career development as they prepare to enter the legal profession. Prior to joining the Office of Professional Development in 2010, Ms. Tomlinson served as a visiting assistant clinical professor in the College of Law Domestic Violence Clinic and was an associate at a private law firm in Toledo, Ohio with a focus on litigation defense and representing employers in Workers’ Compensation matters.

Ms. Tomlinson received her bachelor of arts with high distinction in communication arts from Ohio Northern University in 2002 and earned her juris doctor magna cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2006. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.

Ms. Tomlinson currently serves on the executive board of the Morrison R. Waite American Inn of Court and is a trustee of the Toledo Women’s Bar Association. She is also a member of the Toledo Bar Association, American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the National Association of Law Placement (NALP).
