Jami Mills Vibbert

Jami Mills Vibbert is a data security and data risk management attorney in the New York office of Venable LLP. In her practice, she conducts comprehensive data security risk assessments and gap analyses, develops and implements data risk solutions and breach prevention and incident response programs, and assists on related litigation.

Prior to joining Venable, Vibbert spent the majority of her career at Norton Rose Fulbright advising on enterprise data risk management and handling complex litigation. She clerked for the Hon. Lance M. Africk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where she was the editor-in-chief of the Law Review.

Vibbert serves on the board of directors for the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) – New York City, and is the chair of the nominating committee. She is also on the board of advisory editors of the Tulane Law Review and the board of directors of the Tulane Law Review Alumni Association.
