"My adviser was fantastic. I wanted to focus on business, so she came up with a lot of ideas for me to get there with the individualized degree program. I also didn’t know I could build a portfolio to demonstrate my skills and knowledge for prior learning credit and apply those credits toward my degree. I finished my degree in a little over a year."

"I wanted to finish my degree to further my career. I felt I couldn’t move up or move on without it. I also have kids, and I wanted to be a good example for them. My degree was 25 years in the making. The degree programs offered by University College are a great opportunity for people in my situation who are older, non-traditional learners."
