Masks and Face Coverings Requirement
To protect the health and safety of employees, students and visitors, face coverings are required on all University of Toledo campuses, with limited medical and safety exceptions.

Flexible Work Arrangements
The University of Toledo will return to on-campus operations by June 1.
UToledo will honor existing flexible work agreements, not to exceed May 31, 2021, for employees unable to return to campus sooner.
Employees in need of workplace accommodations due to a disability or medical condition should complete the ADA Accommodations Request Form.
Return to Work Criteria for UToledo Employees with Close COntact, Suspected or confirmed, COVID-19
UToledo has established detailed guidelines and criteria for the return to work for any UToledo employees, including Healthcare Providers(HCP) that have had Close Contact, Suspected or Confirmed, with COVID-19. The Return to Work Criteria document will provide full details.

UToledo's plan will cover the cost of the COVID-19 test at 100% with no out of pocket cost to you. Treatment will be covered according to our current plan design. Student Health Plan and COVID-19
The University of Toledo has partnered with Anthem Student Advantage to provide students with medical and prescription drug coverage for the 2020-21 academic year. All Anthem plans cover COVID-19 testing and the care visit where the test takes place with no out-of-pocket costs.
