Benefits fair & Open enrollment 2024
Human Resources & UTMC Pharmacies will be hosting a Benefits Fair on Wednesday, 10/11/23 at the Student Rec Center on Main Campus and Thursday, 10/12/23 at the Morse Center on the Health Science Campus. Both events are scheduled from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Flu and Covid vaccines will be offered at both events, along with free preventative screenings (blood pressure, bone density, hemoglobin A1c, and cholesterol).
Open Enrollment is underway. Please visit www.utoledo.edu/open-enrollment/ to enroll in your 2024 healthcare options. You can also begin open enrollment by logging into your My UT Portal and selecting Open Enrollment.
Human Resources is available to assist with any questions during the Open Enrollment process and can be contacted Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm by emailing benefits@utoledo.edu or calling 419-530-4747 Option 4. We will be offering one on one virtual consultations with our benefits specialists Monday-Friday from 10/2/23 – 10/31/23.
